Hello my name is Doug Mitchell.

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to my website and tell you a little about myself.

Nutrition and health play an important part in my life as I work in the medical field.

I am a respiratory therapist by trade

I live in the Catskill region of upstate New York

I love to stay active, hiking year round in the hills near my home. I try my best to instill this active outdoor lifestyle into everyone.

One of my favorite hobbies is learning more about the internet. We live in an age when it is very easy to purchase a product or share ideas with others through the personal computer.
